We conduct structured and in-depth interviews to identify candidates whose professional and personal achievements are best aligned with the client's needs. References are reviewed to evaluate and vet the information provided.
Presentation of Top Candidates and Interview Process
The client is presented with a report of the evaluation process, together with the resumes of qualified candidates.
Conference between Client and Candidate
irex coordinates these meetings. This phase serves as a validation step for the client to verify that the candidate’s attributes are in line with the position’s execution of responsibilities.
Identify Finalist and Select Candidate
During this stage the client decides which candidate best matches and aligns with the company’s expectations and position requirements.
